About Me

Hello!

My name is Colette Guobadia-Williamson. I am a registered nurse residing in Ontario, Canada. I began my nursing career approximately 5 years ago. I currently work at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre as a float nurse in the Acute Care Nursing Resource Team (ACNRT). I have experience in various clinical settings such as trauma, medicine, stroke, neurosurgery, oncology, surgical oncology and orthopedics. My experience working in various different clinical settings has helped me develop a passion for patient care and seeking ways to advance my knowledge and skills as a nurse. I am currently enrolled in the Masters of Nursing program at Athabasca University. I decided to pursue this Master’s program in hopes of further advancing my role as a nurse in the clinical settings, and having a better understanding about the variables involved in the Canadian health care system.

In addition to enjoying my role as a professional nurse, I recently became a wife to a loving husband in September of 2017. When I am not working or being a student, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family, cooking and travelling.
